User Profile Settings
Please follow these steps to update your User Profile Settings:
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal
Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal
Step 3: Select User Icon in upper right-hand corner of the screen
Step 4: Select Settings
From here you can update various profile settings including:
First and Last Name
Preferences (see below for more details)
In this section, you can select any or all available email notifications. The notifications will be sent, by default, to your user email address or you can opt to have them sent to an alternate email by adding an email to the Alternate Email field.
Notification options currently available are:
Notify me of all system emails from ItsaCheckmate - all available notifications will be sent
Notify me when a location is marked Offline - notifies when any user manually marks an entire location offline or when ItsaCheckmate marks the entire location offline due to an integration or connection problem.
Notify me when an Ordering Platform is marked Offline - notifies when any user manually marks specific ordering platform(s) offline for the location or when the ordering platform(s) mark the location offline from their side
Once you have completed updating your profile, select Save.
