ItsaCheckmate Insights provides a complete statistical overview of the orders processed by ItsaCheckmate for all of your location(s). It enables you to:

Access the complete summary of the orders processed via ItsaCheckmate in the Order Summary Dashboard

Generate a historical report of the order summary that will assist in making data-driven decisions for the online delivery business
- Set up custom alerts for your location(s)
How to access the ItsaCheckmate Insights feature?
Follow these steps to access the ItsaCheckmate Insights feature:
Step 1: Log into the ItsaCheckmate Portal → Select the ItsaCheckmate Insights card from the ItsaCheckmate Portal dashboard
Step 2: You will be directed to a new window where you can access the Order Summary Dashboard along with the tool for generating the historical report of orders processed via ItsaCheckmate

Order Summary Dashboard
Users can utilize the following filters available on the Order Summary Dashboard to access the accurate statistics of orders processed via ItsaCheckmate within a definite period.

Brand - Allows the users to filter out the desired brand(s)

Location - Allows the users to filter out the desired location(s)

OP - Allows the users to filter out the integrated Ordering Platform(s)
-
Date Range - Allows the users to filter out the statistical results within a defined time range
-
Compare To - Allows the users to compare the statistical results across the two set time range

Fig 1.0 depicted above indicates the Order Summary dashboard wherein:

A - Indicates the total amount of orders processed within the selected time range, i.e., 238.0k
-
B - Indicates the net revenue generated from the respective locations during that defined time range, i.e., $4.634M
-
C - Indicated the average check size of the orders processed via ItsaCheckmate during that defined time range, i.e., $19.47
Note: Order Summary for the defined period is also showcased via different graphs available on the Order Summary Dashboard, assisting the user in analyzing the order processing better and making data-driven decisions based on these insights for their respective online delivery business.
Types of Graphs available on the Order Summary Dashboard:

Orders Processed by Ordering Platform - Showcases the net orders processed via different Ordering Platforms for your respective restaurant location within the set time range

Revenue by Ordering Platform - Showcases the net revenue generated across different Ordering Platforms for your respective restaurant location within the set time range

Orders Processed by Day of Week - Showcases the overall orders processed at your respective restaurant location over the week
- Average Check size by Ordering Platform - Showcases the average check size of the orders processed via ItsaCheckmate across different ordering platforms within the set time range

Orders processed by Day of Week and Hour of Day - Showcases the number of orders processed via ItsaCheckmate across different day hours within the set week. It plays a vital role in capacity planning.
Historical Report
Users can access the Historical Report feature available within the ItsaCheckmate Insights card for generating the report of the entire batch of orders processed via ItsaCheckmate for their respective restaurant location(s) across desired Ordering Platforms.
Users can utilize the following filters available on the Historical Report dashboard to generate the desired statistical order report for their respective restaurant location(s) across the selected ordering platforms within a set time range.

Brand - Allows the users to filter out the desired brand(s)

Location - Allows the users to filter out the desired location(s)

OP - Allows the users to filter out the integrated Ordering Platform(s)

Date Range - Allows the users to set the defined time range for the report

Metrics - Allows the users to choose the base metrics, i.e., Orders Processed, Revenue, or Average Check Size for the generation of the report

Fig 1.1 depicted above indicates the Historical Report that will assist the user in capturing the following essential details about the processed orders:

Ordering Platform (Monthly) - Displays the name of the Ordering Platform

Orders Processed -Displays the net count of orders processed

Revenue - Displays the net revenue generated
-
Average Check size - Displays the average check size
-
% of Orders Proceeded - Displays the overall percentage of orders processed
Permissions
Permissions define the scope of access that a user has been granted/limited to by the master user. In order to view the Order Summary Dashboard and Report, the user must be granted the View Order Summary dashboard and report permission by the admin user.
Note: SMB admin and ENT admin roles have the default permission to access the Order Summary Dashboard and Historical Report.
