Schedule Go Live Step in Onboarding

Within the Onboarding Portal, a new step, i.e., Schedule Go Live, has been added, allowing you to set your location live on the desired Ordering Platform.

How to schedule the Go-Live Date for the desired Ordering Platform?

Follow these steps to schedule the go-live date for the desired Ordering Platform:

Step 1: Log into the ItsaCheckmate Portal 

Step 2: Select the Onboarding Portal card

Step 2: Select the View Tasks link next to the desired brand from the Onboarding Portal dashboard

Step 3: Select the View Tasks link next to the desired location for which you would like to schedule the go-live date

Step 4: From the Onboarding Task List, select the Schedule Go Live step → Select the GET STARTED button

Step 5: Select the Schedule Go Live button within the desired Ordering Platform card → Select Continue in the Schedule Go Live dialog box

Note:

• Go-Live time varies based on the type of Ordering Platform chosen for integration

• With Uber Self Provisioning, you can easily set your location live on Uber Eats in less than 20 minutes.

Step 6: Verify the location-specific details and enable the checkbox → Select the Confirm button

Step 7: Use the date widget available in the Schedule Go Live dialog box to schedule the go-live date → Select the Confirm button

Step 8: A new success dialog box will appear on the screen confirming that the chosen Ordering Platform for integration will go live on the set date
