Group Orders limitation with GrubHub API Integration

It is important to note that Group Orders sent via GrubHub API Integration will print as regular Orders i.e. every item will be sent under the Primary Customer’s name without any grouping.

Unfortunately, the GrubHub API integration does NOT support Group Orders separated by the Customer’s name for now.

Note:  The ItsaCheckmate Engineering Team is liaising with GrubHub on a solution to successfully print the Group Orders to the Ordering Platform menus. The expected completion date has not been determined at this time.
