Automated ordering platform integrations allow our system and the ordering platform system to communicate directly with each other. Manually integrated ordering platforms do NOT communicate directly and require manual mapping of menu items/modifiers etc.
The following table describes the type of communication that exists between ItsaCheckmate and the Ordering Platforms and POS systems with which we integrate.
