If you’d like to update your dining options so that each ordering platform is routed to its own unique dining option, please follow these steps:
Program the dining options in your POS - most of our clients will either create one dining option per ordering platform (example: Uber, Doordash, etc.) OR two dining options per ordering platform to further distinguish pick up and delivery orders (example: Uber - Pickup, Uber - Delivery, Doordash - Pick Up, Doordash - Delivery).
Email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that we update your dining options accordingly
