Please follow these steps to mark the items/modifiers as Sold Out for your respective restaurant location.
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below > Select Location Management.
Step 3: Select the “Menu” button for your respective restaurant location wherein you need to mark the item/modifier(s) as sold out.
Step 4: Select the desired item you wish to mark as sold out and click on the toggle button as shown below. Select the down-arrow to define the time up to which you want to mark the respective item(s) as sold out.
Step 5: Select the “Push to Online Platform(s)” button to reflect the incorporated changes to your respective restaurant location’s ordering platform menus.
Step 6: Follow Steps 1 - 3 listed above if you wish to mark the modifier(s) associated with a menu item as sold out. Then, select the image of the desired menu item for which you wish to declare the modifiers as sold out.
Step 7: Select the “Modifiers” button (shown below) to view all the modifiers associated with the chosen menu item.
Step 8: Select the toggle button (shown below) to mark the respective modifier as unavailable for the desired time.
Step 9: Return to the home page wherein all the menu items are listed. Then, select the “Push to Online Platform(s)” button to reflect the incorporated changes to your respective restaurant location’s ordering platform menus."

Note: For non-API integrated platforms (those not controlled from the ItsaCheckmate Portal), Items/Modifiers will need to be marked as sold out directly from the respective merchant portals for those platforms.
