Please follow the below-mentioned steps for adding a new Menu Category:
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.
Step 3: Select Location Management. You will be directed to a new page wherein you can add a new menu category for your respective restaurant location.
Step 4: Select the Menu button for your respective restaurant location. You will be directed to a new page wherein you need to select the Edit Menu button (shown below).
Step 5: Select the + Category button for adding a new menu category. A new pop-up window for Add Category Request will appear on the screen.
Step 6: In the pop-up window of Add Category Request (shown below), enter the following details related to the menu category that you wish to add:

Category Name - can be used to add the name of the category

Menu(s) - can be used to select the menu within which this category would reside.

Subtitle - can be used to add the description
-
Item(s) - can be used to choose child item(s)

Additional Notes - can be used to provide additional notes to our ItsaCheckmate team
Step 7: Select the Add button for saving the menu category-specific information. Then, select the Submit For Review button to ensure that the incorporated changes are reflected on the ordering platform menus for your respective location.
Note:

Once you submit your changes for review, you will no longer be able to submit additional changes until our menu team has approved and processed these changes.

You will receive a pop-up stating your request has been submitted (Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for the request to be completed, completion time depends on the nature of the request).
