How to Sort the Menu Categories/Items/Modifier Groups?

Please follow these steps to sort the Menu Categories, Items, and Modifier Groups:

Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.

Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.

Step 3: Select Location Management.

Step 4: Select the Menu button for your respective restaurant location. You will be directed to a new page wherein you can sort the menu as you would like.

Step 5: Select the Sort Menu button (shown below) to sort out the categories and items you would like. Use the hand cursor to select the item/category and drag and drop them to the desired location.

Step 6: Select the Save button to ensure that all the incorporated changes are saved.

Step 7: You can also sort the modifier groups by selecting the Item image for which you wish to sort out the modifier groups. A new dialog box (shown below) will appear on the screen.

Step 8: Select the Sort Modifier Groups button (indicated above) to sort the modifier groups. Use the hand cursor to select the modifier group and drag and drop them to the desired location.

Step 9: Select the Save button (shown below) to ensure that all the incorporated changes are saved.

Step 10: Select the Push to Online Platform(s) button to reflect the incorporated changes to your respective restaurant location’s ordering platform menus.
