How to Set Special/Holiday Hours?

Please follow these steps to set up Special/Holiday hours for your respective restaurant location:

Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.

Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.

Step 3: Select Location Management. You will be directed to a new page wherein you can set special/holiday hours for your respective restaurant location.

Step 4: Select the Delivery Hours button for your respective location, as shown below.

Step 5: Select the Special/Holiday Hours button and then select the Edit button.

Step 6: Select the +Add Special/Holiday Hours button (as depicted above) to provide the required details like the Name of the special day/holiday defined timeframe for declaring the restaurant location as Open/Close for the desired period.

Step 7: Select the Save button and then click on the Push to Online Platform(s) button to ensure that the incorporated changes are reflected on the ordering platform menus for your respective location.

Note: This feature is only available for Uber Eats and DoorDash.
