Please follow the below-mentioned steps to mark your respective restaurant location(s) as Online/Offline:
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal > Select “Location Management.”
Step 3: From the Location Management dashboard, you can mark a location or ordering platforms as online/offline.
Marking a Location Online/Offline
Under the “Status” column, locate the respective restaurant location(s) for which you would like to update the status and toggle the Online/Offline button for the desired duration.
Marking an Ordering Platform Online/Offline
Under the Ordering Platforms column, select the down arrow to expose the available Ordering Platform statuses > Toggle the Online/Offline button for the desired ordering platform(s) for the desired duration.
Step 4: To mark the location and/or ordering platforms online/offline from the Menu Management dashboard, select the “Menu” button under Action to get to the dashboard.
You can then switch the Location Status to Online/Offline or the Ordering platform(s) as Online/Offline by toggling the Online button.
Note: Our System will automatically switch the location as Online once the set Offline timeframe is completed.
Step 5: Once you have made the desired changes in the respective restaurant location(s), ensure that you select the “Push to Online Platform(s)” button to get the changes reflected.
