How to Add Photos/Images?

Photos/Images should be updated in the ItsaCheckmate Portal EXCEPT for:

1. Certain POSs with a Direct integration which require photos to be updated directly in the POS (refer to your POSs Menu Updates guide for more details)

2. Ordering Platform menus which are not managed in the Portal and require photos to be updated in the respective Ordering Platform backend

Please follow these steps to upload the photos for your respective menu items:

Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.

Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.

Step 3: Select the Menu button to view the listed menu items.

Step 4: Select the menu item for which you would like to upload the photo. Then, select Please upload an image. A new dialog box shown below will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Select the Update Image button. It directs you to a new dialog box wherein you can add the photos using Drag & Drop technique from your system.

Step 6: Click on the Save button (shown above) once the image is successfully uploaded.

Step 7: Return to the home page of the listed menu items. Then, select the Sync with POS button to reflect the incorporated changes to your respective restaurant location’s ordering platform menus.
