How to Set the Kitchen Prep Time?

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to update the kitchen prep time:

Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.

Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.

Step 3: Select the Delivery Hours button (shown below) for setting up the kitchen prep time.

Step 4: Select the Kitchen Prep Time button shown below. Then, select the Edit button for setting up the kitchen prep time.

Step 5: Set the Default Prep Time (shown below) and select the Save button.

Step 6: Uncheck the Use Default Prep Time button.

Note: If you have integrated ordering platforms that allow time-specific prep time, then only you will have the option to uncheck the “Use Default Prep Time” button, which will further expand the days of the week.

Step 7: You can now select the prep time for each day of the week.

Step 8: You can set the custom prep time by selecting the By Time Period button (shown below). Also, you can provide the custom prep time (in minutes), start time, and end time for all the days of the week. Repeat this step for all the respective days of the week.

Step 9: Select the Save button after setting up the kitchen prep time.

Step 10: Select the Push to Online Platform(s) button to reflect the incorporated changes to your respective restaurant location’s ordering platform menus.

Note:

• Ordering Platforms (OPs) that Do NOT support Time-Specific Prep times, their logo will appear below the Default Prep Time section and will only use the default time, which applies to all days of the week.

• Ordering Platforms (OPs) that Do support Time-Specific Prep Time and for which Time-Specific Prep Time is set, their logo will appear below the Time-Specific Prep Time section, making it easier to distinguish which OP is using what type of prep time.
