Within the Onboarding Portal section of the ItsaCheckmate Portal, you can add additional users to a brand/location as a collaborator to smoothen the onboarding process.
Adding a Collaborator at the Brand level
To add a user as a collaborator at the Brand level:
Step 1: Go to the ItsaCheckmate Portal
Step 2: Select the Onboarding Portal button.
Step 3: A new window shown below will appear on the screen. Select the brand for which, you would like to add a collaborator. Then, select the “View Tasks” button for the chosen brand which will direct you to a new page where you can add the user as a collaborator at the brand level.
Step 4: Select the '+' sign indicated below to add a collaborator at the brand level.
Note: Adding a brand-level collaborator will give the users access to the entire brand. They will be able to view all the locations under the brand and take any necessary actions for those locations. Also, they can add a new location under the brand and further complete the brand sign-up form.
Step 5: A pop-up will appear on the screen where you need to provide some basic details (listed below) of the collaborator:

Note: This feature should only be used to add new users to the ItsaCheckmate system. If you want to add existing users, use the “Manage User Access” feature available within the ItsaCheckmate portal.
Step 6: Upon selecting the “Create” button indicated above, the user will receive an email with the subject ‘Get started with ItsaCheckmate now’. On selecting the ‘Accept Invite’ button, they need to set their password to gain access to the brand.
Note: To ensure that the brand-level collaborator can help with the onboarding process, you need to provide them access to the following permissions:

Adding a Collaborator at the Location level
Please follow these steps to add a user as a collaborator at the “Location” level:
Step 1: On the Brand page (indicated below), select the location wherein, you are willing to add a collaborator. Then, select the “View tasks” button for the chosen location which will direct you to a new page wherein you can add the user as a collaborator at the location level.
Step 2: Select the '+' sign indicated below to add a collaborator at the location level.
Note: A collaborator added at the location level will only be able to view that specific location, but not the others listed within the same brand.
Step 3: Follow Steps 4-5 listed above to add the user as a collaborator at the Location level.
Note: To ensure that the location-level collaborator can help with the onboarding process, you need to provide them access to the following permissions:
