Please follow these steps for adding additional users to the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 2: Use your login credentials to login into the ItsaCheckmate Portal. You will be directed to the window shown below.
Note: Users can be easily added using your login credentials, but you need to have the master access to add the users successfully to the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 3: Select “Manage User Access.”
Step 4: Select the “Create New Account” button indicated below.
Step 5: Add the desired email address.
Step 6: Click on the radio button next to assign locations. You can grant either complete or partial access to the new user for the assigned location(s) by clicking over the desired checkbox basis requirement.
Step 7: Select the “Add account” button to add the additional user to the ItsaCheckmate Portal successfully.
