How do I access the Location Onboarding Form?

Follow these steps to access the Location Onboarding form via ItsaCheckmate Portal.

Step 1: Use your user login credentials to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal → Select Onboarding Portal

Step 2: From the Onboarding Portal dashboard, select the View Tasks link next to the desired brand

Step 3: Select the View Tasks link next to the location you would like to onboard with ItsaCheckmate

Note: If you haven’t created your location yet, select the Add Location button and follow the prompts to add the location successfully

Step 4: Within the Onboarding Task List, go to Step 1: Location Onboarding Form and select the Start button to begin completing the Location Onboarding Form

Note:

• Follow the prompts and complete all of the requested information in the form

• Take your time and complete the form at your own pace! If you need to walk away after partially completing the form, no need to worry, as the already entered details are auto-saved!

• Please provide correct answers to all questions to ensure a swift onboarding experience!

Is it possible to submit an incomplete Location Onboarding Form?

Only complete forms can be successfully submitted. However, all your information will be auto-saved, and you can return any time to complete the form.

How do I identify the incomplete section(s) of the Onboarding Form?

The incomplete section(s) will be highlighted with a red-colored warning icon indicated below.

How do I access the incomplete section(s) of the Location Onboarding Form?

Click directly on the form's incomplete section(s) highlighted with a warning icon and provide the missing information to submit the Location Onboarding Form successfully.
