The cancellations report in the “Order Summary” section allows you to view a consolidated report for cancelled orders for the selected brand/location for a defined time frame.
Note: Currently, the cancellations report is only available for Doordash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
To view the cancellations report -
Step 1: Log in to the ItsaCheckmate Portal using your login credentials
Step 2: Select the ItsaCheckmate Insights option
Step 3: In the left-hand sidebar, Click on “Cancellations” under “Order Summary”
It will open a Cancellations window where you can see charts and detailed reports.
Step 4: Set the appropriate filters and click on APPLY

To select a custom Date Range

To filter with the Brand, Location, or Ordering Platform(OP)

To filter the report Daily, Weekly, or Monthly -

You can use previously Saved Filters for a quick generation of reports. (Learn how to save and use the saved filters here)

You can CLEAR the added filters, SAVE them or APPLY the new filters to view the report.
Note: All the reports can be exported in CSV format to be reviewed later or sent to the registered email address.
All the filters applied will be depicted in Chart and Report formats.
Charts:
Once the filters are applied, two charts will be generated:

Total Orders Cancelled

Orders Cancelled by Ordering Platform
Detailed reports
Below the Charts are detailed reports for cancellations by Ordering Platform, including total Orders Cancelled, Revenue, Average Checksize, and % of Orders Cancelled.
Click on the arrow "" beside the Ordering Platform to drill down to the total cancelled orders by day for that particular Ordering platform.
In the detailed report, % of Orders Cancelled signifies the percentage of orders cancelled for that particular platform out of all the orders. For example, in the image above, out of 100% cancellations, 19.5% were for UberEats, 67% were for DoorDash, and 13.5% were for Gurbhub.
