Accessing Order History
Location Order History detail can be viewed directly from the ItsaCheckmate Portal by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the ItsaCheckmate Portal using your login credentials
Step 2: Select the ItsaCheckmate Insights option
Step 3: In the left navigation bar, click on 'Order History'
Using the Order History Report
Filters
On the top of the Order History page, you can set filters for selecting the Brand(s), Location(s), Ordering Platform(s), and Order Categories for which you would like to review the order history

Brand /Location filter - Select the Brands/ Locations whose order history you want to view

OP - Select which ordering platform(s)' data you wish to view

Category filters:

Select a date range - you can drill down to specific dates to see the orders that came in during a specific time period

Order number / Customer name - Specify your search by order number or customer name

Status - View orders based on whether they were successful or canceled

Order Details
Order details are displayed including the following information that we received directly from the integrated ordering platform(s):

Location name
-
Order time
-
Order number
-
Order source
-
Customer name
-
Status
-
Item Quantity
-
Subtotal
-
Tax Amount
-
Total
Order Item Details
You can view additional information by clicking on the Order number hyperlink to view item details for each order.
Exporting the Data
You can export this data to CSV by clicking on the ‘Export to CSV’ button on the top right corner of the table or ‘Via Email’ to have the file emailed to you.
Canceled Orders
We only receive canceled orders information from Doordash, Grubhub and UberEats. Any canceled orders from these three ordering platforms will also show up on the order history page.
To view the canceled orders, set the Category filter to = ‘Canceled’ and click ‘Apply’
Note: For GrubHub, you will also be able to see the canceled reason
