If you would like to add additional ordering platforms to your existing ItsaCheckmate integration, you can easily do so directly from the ItsaCheckmate Portal.
Step 1: Login to the ItsaCheckmate Portal using your login credentials
Step 2: Select the Location Management option
Step 3: From the Location Name list, click on Menu for the location to which you would like to add an Ordering Platform
Step 4: Click on Marketplace on the left navigation bar - all the Ordering Platforms available for you to add will appear
Step 5: Click on the plus icon next to the ordering platform that you would like to add
Step 6: Follow the prompts for providing credentials as required by the Ordering Platform (we used ChowNow in the example below) - Note: Depending on the Ordering Platform, you may or may not be prompted to do so
Step 7: Click Continue
Step 8: You will now be prompted to set up the Payment and Dining Options for the newly added ordering platform. You will need to set them up in your POS and sync with the ItsaCheckmate Portal (this is POS-dependent).
Your request to add the Ordering Platform will be sent to our Onboarding team at this time.
The Onboarding team will review and onboard the Ordering Platform by following the rest of the Onboarding Steps - Quality Check and then Schedule Go Live.
Note: One of our Go Live Specialists will inform you via email that your Ordering Platform is ready to be scheduled for go live (with the exception of Uber Eats which you will be prompted to self-provision).
