How do I customize the Alerts I can receive from Insights?
Step 1: Click here to access the ItsaCheckmate Portal and enter your user login credentials.
Step 2: Click on 'ItsaCheckmate Insights’
Step 3: Click on ‘Customization’ in the left-hand Sidebar
What are the different types of alerts that I can customize?

Revenue fluctuation by Location - Alerts you when the revenue of your location falls or increases by the percentage you set

Revenue fluctuation by OP - Alerts you when the revenue of your location falls or increases for a specific Ordering Platform by the percentage you set

Items sold out - Reminds you, on the days that you specify, about menu elements that have been marked as sold out INDEFINITELY

Items not pushed - Alerts you if changes have been made to the availability of menu elements in the Portal but have not been pushed to update online on the Ordering Platforms

Location Offline - Reminds you, on the days that you specify, when your location has been marked as Offline for an indefinite period

Location not pushed - Alerts you when changes were made to your location’s online/offline status in the Portal but have not been pushed to update online on the Ordering Platforms

Ordering Platform offline - Reminds you, on the days that you specify, when an Ordering Platform has been marked as Offline for an indefinite period

Ordering Platform not pushed - Alerts you if changes have been made to the offline/online status of specific Ordering Platforms in the Portal but have not been pushed to update online on the Ordering Platforms
How do I set these alerts up and what do they mean?
Step 1: Click on the ‘Custom Alert’ button :
Step 2: Enter the Alert name and description
Note: By default, Email alert is always selected. If you would like to receive an alert notification on your phone, select the checkbox for phone number.
Revenue Fluctuation by location
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Set up the Alert Condition - you can choose between Falls By or Increases By
Step 3: Set up the Value - the percentage value that the condition should satisfy
Step 4: Click ‘Add’
The example below shows an alert for ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’location with the condition that IF the revenue for this location FALLS BY (or more than) 20%, an alert will be sent to this user.
Revenue fluctuation by Ordering Platform
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the Ordering Platform
Step 3: Set up the Alert Condition - you can choose between Falls By or Increases By
Step 4: Set up the Value - the percentage value that the condition should satisfy
Step 5: Click ‘Add’
The example below shows an alert for ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’location and Doordash ordering platform with the condition that IF the revenue for Doordash on this location FALLS BY (or more than) 20% an alert will be sent to this user.
Items Sold Out
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the days when you want to receive the reminder
Step 3: Click ‘Add’
The example below shows an alert for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’; if an item has been marked as INDEFINITELY sold out in the Portal, the user will receive a reminder on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day after the item was marked.
Items Not Pushed
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the Time frame for when you want to receive this alert
Step 3: Click ‘Add’
The below example shows an alert set for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’; if a menu element has changed its availability (marked as online/offline), but a push was NOT made to update the Ordering Platforms in 12 hours, the user will receive an alert.
Location Offline
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the days when you want to receive the reminder
Step 3: Click ‘Add’
The below example shows an alert set for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’; if the entire location has been toggled offline INDEFINITELY, the user will receive a reminder on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day after the change was made.
Location Not Pushed
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the Time frame for when you want to receive this alert
Step 3: Click ‘Add’
The below example shows an alert set for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’; if the location toggle has changed its availability (marked as online/offline) in the Portal, but a push was not made to update the Ordering Platforms in 12 hours, the user will receive an alert.
Ordering Platform Offline
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the Ordering Platform
Step 3: Select the days when you want to receive the reminder
Step 4: Click ‘Add’
The below example shows an alert set for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’; if Doordash has been toggled offline INDEFINITELY, the user will receive a reminder on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day after the change was made.
Ordering Platform Not Pushed
Step 1: Select the Brand and Location for which you would like to receive this alert
Step 2: Select the Ordering Platform
Step 3: Select the Time frame for when you want to receive this alert
Step 4: Click ‘Add’
The below example shows an alert set for the location ‘ItsaCheckmate Growth Team Demo’, if the Ordering Platform toggle for Doordash has changed its availability (marked as online/offline) in the Portal, but a push was NOT made to update the Ordering Platform in 12 hours, the user will receive an alert.
How do I Disable an Alert?
To disable an alert, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on ‘Customization’ in the left-hand sidebar
Step 2: Select the existing alert you wish to disable
Step 3: Click on ‘Disable’
How will I Receive Custom Alerts?
You will receive a summary email of the alerts generated for your location(s) every morning at 8 am Eastern Time.
If you selected the text message checkbox, you will also receive a message on your phone if an alert has been created for your location.
How can I View the Generated Alerts for my Location?
To view the generated alerts for your location -
Step 1: Click on ‘Alerts’ on the left-hand sidebar
This page shows the number of alerts generated for each of your locations and when the last update was made.
Step 2: Click on SEE DETAIL for more details
All the alerts generated for this location will appear.
You can sort alerts by ‘Alert Type’ and Date Range.
Click ‘Apply’ to update the list with the conditions set in the Alert Type and Date Range fields.
